Igino Massari

is the most famous Italian pastry making chef in the world.

It was in fact under his guidance that the Italian team won the Pastry World Cup in Lyons in 1997, as well as the European Cup in Rome in 2002. He has been a member of the prestigious international Relais Dessert association since 1985, and a board member of the same since 1985. He was elected pastry chef of the year in 2000; whilst in 2004 he won the International Team Championship with Italy in Rimini. He founded the Academy of Master Italian Pastry Chefs in 1993, with the aim of promoting quality. His status in international circles is so acclaimed as to merit the title of “Master of Masters”. Und…. 2015- March Venice “Golden Lion to the Career”, July 2018 - Parma - Awarded the "Master of the Masters of Mother Yeast" prize.

Igino Massari is winner, since 1964, of over 300 national and international competitions, awards and recognitions.
