Claudia Rossbacher, born in Vienna, she became a copywriter and a creative director for several international publicity agencies. Since 2006 she has been working as a freelance author in Vienna and published a number of crime novels and short stories. „Styrian Blood“, her first crime novel set in the Alps, has been turned into a movie by Wolfgang Murnberger and is broadcast on ORF in 2014. Like Sandra Mohrs first case, the follow ups too made the Austrian bestselling lists for several months. The author was awarded the Buchliebling 2014“ for the fourth volume „Styrian Cross“.
